A gentle, light touch and non-invasive technique works to release restrictions within the cranialsacral system, which is the connective tissue surrounding the brain and spinal cord.  The 10 step protocol used was developed by Dr. John Upledger, a renowned osteopathic physician.  This technique has shown to help people who suffer from chronic pain, headaches/migraines, chronic stress, trauma, neurological or structural issues and more.

Your care plan is customized to suit your particular needs and goals.  After a brief consultation with your therapist, she will customize your unique session using an integration of any of the therapies, such as CranialSacral therapy, relaxation massage, therapeutic massage or reflexology. 

Gentle, flowing Swedish strokes are used to promote deep relaxation and restore balance to the body, mind & spirit.  Ideal for people who enjoy light pressure or require lighter pressure due to a medical condition.

A combination of relaxing and deep tissue strokes are used to release chronic tension or pain held in the muscles.  This massage is ideal for those who suffer from chronic tension, pain or limited range of motion. 

Courtney received 300 hours of advanced training at the Colorado School of Healing Arts Oncology Massage Program.  While there, she learned how to care for the ever-changing physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual needs of someone journeying cancer. Great care is given to each session to promote optimal safety and comfort.  Through safe, compassionate touch the client can better access feelings of peace and wholeness.  (A permission note from your doctor may be required.)
