From an early age, I was naturally drawn to the healing arts. Some of my earliest memories are of offering shoulder massages to my much older sister — small acts of connection and care within our family. At the time, I had no idea these gestures would become a catalyst for my own healing journey and life’s work.
My longing for healing and personal growth deepened around the age of sixteen. I yearned to experience true peace, wholeness, and love. While my path has not always been easy, it has taught me profound lessons about health, faith, God, and our relationship with life — both within and around us. What once felt like hardship has become blessing, offering depth, wisdom, and compassion that now guide the work I do.
Through the support of my teachers, healers, clients, and my relationship with God, my life has been transformed in miraculous ways. And for that I am truly grateful. I truly believe that had I not been led into this healing field, my struggles would have been far more difficult to navigate. It is with deep gratitude and honor that I get to share these gifts of healing, reconnection, and inner peace with others.
It is my great honor and privilege to walk alongside you on your journey towards greater health and peace.
I have a special place in my heart for supporting women and mothers. This sacred role — of caring for others while carrying so much — is one I understand deeply. Loving and caring for yourself is not a luxury; it is one of the greatest gifts you can give to yourself and your family. I am honored to work with clients from all walks of life, each bringing their own story, strength, and beauty.
One of my greatest joys is being a mother to three wonderful children, ages 19, 14, and 3. I empathize with the challenges, sacrifices, and joys of caring for those you love while trying to balance self-care, nourishment, and the expectation to “hold it all together.” The self-care challenges parents face today are real — and you are not alone.
My deepest joy is creating a space where women and mothers can experience true peace, comfort, and nourishment — a place to unburden the heart, mind, body, and spirit, and to remember how to “come home” to themselves, sometimes for the very first time. I believe we also need supportive community, education, and empowerment to live fully and well. My intention is to inspire, guide, and walk beside you as you move toward greater health, ease, and joy. This life is a gift — let’s make it a beautiful one.
In my free time, you’ll find me preparing wholesome meals for my family, enjoying a quiet cup of tea, spending time with God, or enjoying movement through hot yoga and dance.
Please let me know how I can best serve you.
Warmly,
Courtney :)

My Approach
I offer a truly holistic approach when working with clients. My intention is always to look deeply into each person — to understand not only what is presenting on the surface, but the core areas in body and life that are calling for genuine nourishment and support. Rather than simply addressing symptoms, such as neck pain, I explore the factors that may be contributing to imbalance and where greater support is needed to restore overall harmony.
I bring my intuitive nature and deep listening skills to every session, showing up with full presence and heartfelt care. My highest priority is that each client feels safe, nurtured, and well-supported throughout their time with me. When desired, I also offer guidance and resources around lifestyle and dietary choices to encourage continued healing and growth beyond the session.
Because each person is unique, every session is tailored to meet you where you are and honor what you are ready to receive. My work is never about “no pain, no gain.” Instead, I use pressure that feels therapeutic and comfortable, supporting deep relaxation and balance within the nervous system. Sessions often weave together craniosacral therapy, massage, and reflexology to help restore the body as a whole.
It is truly my pleasure and honor to serve you with humility and to the very best of my ability. If I ever feel another practitioner may be better suited to your needs, I will gladly help connect you with someone who can support you.
I believe we each carry our own inner healing wisdom. Learning to turn inward — to listen, trust, and follow that guidance — is one of the most meaningful and enriching journeys we can take.
Thank you for allowing me to walk alongside you.
